I love photography and I love where I live. The idea behind Hudson Valley Adventurer is simple. I hated the that there was "nothing to do". Living in the Hudson Valley there is ALWAYS something to do. Hiking is free and most of the time the parking is too. If you have gas to go walk around the mall because you have "nothing else to do." then you have gas to drive to a beautiful scenic place you haven't ever been to before. To make it simple, I made Hudson Valley Adventurer to both keep track of my personal adventurers all the while making it easy for people who don't know what to do, figure out when they want to do. For those spontaneous  days where you end up somewhere you haven't been before, or to help you figure out where to go to on your next trip to The Hudson Valley, or just coming up from the city looking for a weekend getaway. My goal is to not just mention one cool place, my goal is to make it worth it for you. If its a 20 minute drive or a 2 hour drive, I want you to know where you can go to eat, where you can go on a hike or walk, where you can visit a historical site, visit an art exhibit, go to a museum, find a brewery, winery or distillery you can fall in love with. I want to see the fun things you do, the cup of coffee you end up buying, I want to know that I helped someone somewhere enjoy their visit or found a new favorite place here in The Hudson Valley.
